Do not use internally and take caution when using blood thinners.

Apply 10-15 drops at the bottom of the feet, over the navel, neck, and chest, or over the spine, at night, before bed.

Inhale (see below).

Inhale Method
Drip 2-3 drops of suggested essential oil or as otherwise directed, into the palm of the hands, rub once to open the molecules (rubbing will evaporate the oil), cup your hands around your mouth and nose and deeply inhale.

Do not use internally.

Take caution when using blood thinners.

Keep out of children’s reach.

Do not use it during the first trimester of pregnancy.

It’s best to do a patch test before using it on a larger area of the skin. Discontinue use if redness, irritation, or other discomfort occurs.

Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas, if contact occurs, rinse well with water.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.

Not suitable for use in a diffuser, only undiluted pure essential oils may be used in a diffuser. (Refer to the Sleep Blend 10ml specifically formulated for diffuser use only).
